Yuridia has been a resident of Northeast Georgia for over ten years and has extensive knowledge of the area and it’s surroundings. She is a “Brenau Girl,” as she received a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2002. In addition to Real Estate, Yuridia has spent the last three years expanding her own occupational therapy practice, Lifting Spirits Therapy Services, Inc. She serves over 40 children with special needs in Northeast Georgia via home health, hippotherapy (using horse’s movement for therapy), and aquatic therapy. Yuridia specializes in land lots and large land tracts for development. Yuridia is fluent in both Spanish and English, and thus, has a deep connection with the Hispanic Community is Gainesville and surrounding counties. Yuridia has a deep passion for children with special needs and enjoys spending her spare time participating in civil organizations and community events. She thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, especially horseback riding, hiking, running, soccer, baseball, football, and fishing.
